Hospital Policies
Appointment Policy
In order to provide the
highest quality care and customer service, we encourage appointments for all
exams and surgeries to allow the necessary time with each individual patient.
Walk-ins are accepted but must be flexible enough to be added into available time slots.
If an emergency situation interrupts scheduled appointments, every effort will be made to accommodate all of our clients without endangering patients.
For your convenience, we also offer drop-off appointments in the morning prior to 9 am to be picked up later in the day. Our staff will call you when your pet’s examination is complete and confirm any necessary diagnostics or treatments.
Patient Safety
For the protection of our
patients and clients, all pets entering our hospital must be restrained either
by leash or in a carrier.
Any pet
that stays in our hospital for the day or overnight must be up to date on
vaccinations in order to decrease the transmission of disease to other patients.
Payment Policy
Full payment is due when services are
rendered.
We do not offer delayed payment. We do accept cash, check, and all
major credit cards (Visa, Master Card, Discover, American Express) as well as
Care Credit.
