Heather, AAS, LVMT

Heather Sara, LVMT, is a licensed veterinary technician who graduated from Columbia State and received her state licensure in 2003. She has worked in various aspects of veterinary medicine such as general practice, shelter medicine, exotic care, research, floor management, veterinary rehabilitation, ER care, ICU care, specialty surgery and anesthesia as well as veterinary school clinical practice. She came to us in 2021 during the pandemic when we needed experienced help to make sure our clients were taken care of to the best of our ability. She also pet sits as a business and often travels to do so. She has a senior cat named Qualia who enjoys that her human can work from home. She got into her veterinary role for her dog, Tangent, who was her soul pup and helped her find a pathway to healing in a broader sense than she could ever imagine at the beginning of their journey.
