Dr Rebecca McInroe joined our team July 2023. Born in California but growing up and coming to us from Atlanta, Georgia, she dreamed of being a veterinarian from the age of six. Her love of animals initially drew her to the field but her passion for medicine and strengthening the human-animal bond were her main inspirations for pursuing this career.
In 2020, she became a “Double Dawg,” having completed both her undergraduate degree and veterinary school at the University of Georgia- Go Dawgs! After graduation, she completed a primary-care-focused small animal rotating internship at UGA before entering small animal general practice in Atlanta. She enjoys many aspects of small animal medicine and surgery but is especially interested in dermatology, internal medicine, and dentistry. Outside of work, Dr. McInroe enjoys cooking and reading mystery novels. With her significant other, Jason, and their Goldendoodle, Chester, they love going on walks and trying new restaurants.
