Welcome to Our Memorials Page
This page is dedicated to celebrating the pets who have touched our hearts. At Belmont Animal Hospital, we treasure the incredible human-animal bond and how it can impact our lives. Because of that, we want to provide a special space for you to honor and remember your beloved companion. Here, you can share cherished photos and heartwarming stories to celebrate a lost life. Whether it’s a funny moment or simply a favorite photo, take a moment to honor their memory with us. The pain we endure as a result of their loss pales in comparison to the selfless love and joy they bring to our lives.

Well, what can I say other than thank you. Thank you for giving me your all for 14 unforgettable years – and while those years didn’t come with anything short of sassy, it was YOU. You were my co-pilot all over the country, you were my partner in crime through so many pivotal changes in my life, you inspired me to find and pursue my passion, and you taught me endless forgiveness. You left a big hole that I know will never be filled, but I know in my heart that the bond we shared and the memories we created are worth the heartache of saying goodbye.
I miss you still, and always will.
Bean
Bean was a much loved, wild little Chihuahua. Known for his tiny feet and toothless smile, he brought his family so much joy. Bean enjoyed being blissfully ignorant, sunbathing, and barking at his siblings if they got too close. He will be deeply missed.
Tadpole
I adopted Tadpole as a senior pet and although some might think our time was cut short, I am incredibly grateful for every single day I had with her. I loved her as fiercely as if I had known her all of her life. To the sweetest soul, my angel, my friend.

Simply the best.
Ellie
Feb 20, 2008 – Jan 14, 2022
My sweet Ellie. The smartest, sweetest, spunkiest little 5.5lb ball of energy and might. You were my little sidekick, my ride or die through thick and thin. Losing you has left a yorkie-sized hole in my heart that can never be filled. I think of you every day and probably always will. While the loss of you still stings, I am grateful for the bond we shared for almost 14 years. Rest in peace my little toothless protector.
Franklin, Dolly & Little Man
We rescued Franklin and Dolly just a month apart. They were both terrier mixes, each estimated to be in the range of a year old. Little Man showed up as a stray sniffing around our front stoop a year later; we called him ‘the baby we didn’t plan.’ For over 14 years, we were honored to be the pack leaders for this amazing scruffy trio. We loved and cared for each of them into their senior years and held them close in their last days. They have left an indelible mark on our hearts, and we cherish them forever.
Soni
Thank you for the most wonderful nine years. They were filled with love, cuddles, tennis ball throwing, pup cups, and so much more. You were the best companion, the best sister to Kiki, the best friend to Malcolm, the best cowriter to your Dad. We will miss you forever.
Henry
Thank you, Henry, for 13 years of laughs, companionship & pug snorts! Coming up to 4 years without you and I think of you & miss you often. My little sidekick. I hope you are in dog heaven playing with your brothers and sisters and eating Cheerios to your hearts content. I also want to say thank you to Dr. Gilliam and the whole Belmont team for taking such good care of my boy.
Until we meet again, Henny. Lots of love xxxx
